These were the biggest marshmallows I have ever seen. They were about the size of a apple. Great for toasting. They don't look as big in the pack, but trust me, they were big.
The 4th was great. Family (minus my parents), friends, food,fireworks, and perfect weather. Any summer holiday regardless of the temp., without rain, is perfect. Our pool has come in handy this year. We have used it more so far this year than all year last year. The water is like bath water and that's my kind of swimming water.
This is Gwen and Aurora together. Gwen is Jimmy's GF. They are both part of our family now and we all love them dearly. Logan is not sure of the big pool and found it better in the little pool. I guess all that water could be a little intimidating at 2. Olivia is swimming under water now and I'm so very proud of her. This is the same child who was down at Myrtle Beach last yr. with a life jacket on in the pool and didn't want her face wet. Needless to say, we have made huge steps toward swimming.
All in all we had a great weekend and it's hard to say goodbye at the end. But with us going to make a trip back soon for a week and then, gasp...Logan's b-day coming soon, we will spend lots of time with everyone! It's time like this I wish we all lived a little closer......
