Teeth that is. Funny, with the age difference with Olivia and Logan, he is cutting teeth and she finally has a loose one. So as I say, I got one getting teeth and one losing teeth at the same time. Olivia couldn't wait until she lost a tooth like everyone else in school. She bit into a sucker and presto......a tooth was loose. I knew there would be drama with it, so it wasn't real high on my list of milestones that I couldn't wait for. At first she was excited and then........she cried and was scared about it. Now she plays with it and shows me the hole behind it (must be where the tooth has come out of, and it's gross and she insist on showing me all the time. I assume she thinks the tooth fairy bring Nintendo DS's these days! what a shock she will have when she finds out the tooth fairy is having hardships also!! LOL
I hear a lot of "hey's" from Logan these days and he crosses his feet a lot, which I never saw before. He's getting harder to hold, he's always stretching himself in all directions trying to look and wanting to "go". Him and Olivia have become more interactive with each other and it's neat watching them. His way of communicating is just screeching at her, but it's funny to watch the facial expressions. It gets harder to believe his B-day is almost only 1 month away.............

More Pics
Olivia has this new found interest in my camera lately and obviously they were both up to no good when she took this photo opt! I have found her playing more with him lately, now maybe that he's getting bigger and he looooooves it. He will sit (well, not really sit, cause he's not doing that yet) but sit in something and just go on forever with her, until she gets up and leaves and he realizes he can't move yet! He was teasing her in the car the other day and he was in one of his screaming moods (not cry screaming) and she was telling him,"Logan, be quiet" and he would look at her and just laugh. She got quite annoyed real quick and I got the biggest kick out of it.
Logan loved being in the saucer on the deck. That made me realize that we really need a roof over our patio out back and how nice it would be to be able to be out there when the sun is out, now you have to wait, it gets so extremely hot during the day.
These(this) is the shirts(shirt) that we made in Pa. on 1 cold and rainy day. Logan has one also, but his diaper decided to leak before I could take the pic, so his isn't included.

What You Have Been Waiting For
This is by far, my favorite. Still in their pj's and rocking together.Still more to come, just out of time for now!
See what I mean about not smiling when he sees the camera! This turned out really cute though.

Spending time w/Pappy Nesbit, supposed to be picking strawberries, but probably trying to bribe pappy for something.

Vacation
Vacation: Day 5
I'm a little behind, but it will do. Finally Friday, and Grandma took the day off work, well 1/2 day. So what's a girl going to do? Go shopping! My wonderful children were absolutely horrible, so we didn't stay real long. The weather was so much better. Logan was feeling better with his teeth, which was a relief. Maybe he knew daddy was coming in that night and really didn't want to show him what he put his mother through for two days!
So it was time to go home, always bitter sweet. It's hard when you have a little one and can't bring everything from home. It's nice to be home, but you will always miss the company and the relaxing atmosphere of the country. I was hesitant about coming home and knowing things would go back to be crazy again, even though I try so hard to keep it simple. I decided Monday, the house needed a good cleaning and some of the furniture needed moved around, so I'm still into that project..........

Vacation
Vacation: Day 3 & 4
Ok, so the weather is promising to get better and today was a little better. My dad (aka pappy nesbit) has taken 3 days vac. to spend with us. Let's start with yesterday (Wed.). Weather, lousy.....I decided we should dye the t-shirts. Not ever doing this before and knowing they couldn't turn out that bad, cause they are not supposed to be perfect anyway, I figured I couldn't mess it up. They turned out nice, Olivia's turned out really good, pics to follow next week when I have my computer back. Logan is cutting top teeth and it's not making things any easier. Running out of ideas to keep us busy while in the house like it's winter outside.
On to Thurs. (it's much better). We went and had lunch with Grandma today and saw all the girls that work there. They had only seen Olivia once before and never Logan. Aren't Grandparents always so happy to show off the grand kids?! Makes me laugh, and someday I will know what that is like and be able to hand them back over in time to the rightful owner! They always get handed back! LOL Then my dad had his turn in showing off the "precious grand kids" to the lady who cuts his hair in town. She wanted to see who he is always talking (bragging) about. She was very nice and I can see why her and my dad get along, they are both very talkative(social!) people. That was nice. We took a "car tour" of the new and much needed Sheetz store. Now mind you, this is a huge deal here in town. I promised Olivia we would walk up there one day and get a slushie, but the weather has complicated that for now. Back to home from there, Logan (and mom) needed a much needed rest, so I thought. While he was sleeping (all of his 30 min.) I took Olivia and we planted a flower on my Grandma & Pap (Nesbit's) grave. I started this with her a couple of yrs. ago on the traditional Memorial Day, but we did not make it back here for it this yr.I went every yr. with my grandparents and planted all the graves, and it met something back them, so I'm hoping it does to her some day. Just trying to pass on some traditions, yea, I know what a morbid one! So I got the phone call that Logan had woke up and when Uncle Mike and Pappy are the only ones here, it means come quick. Actually, it was a good phone call cause you wouldn't believe the questions I was getting about dead people and all sorts of things a 6yr.old can think of! So hopefully Logan will sleep tonight, as last night, he (we) didn't get much sleep at all. I finally put him in bed with me and Olivia, but I was afraid she would hit him moving so much as she does. Also, I found out just how much Olivia grinds her teeth when sleeping, like a fingernail going down a chalkboard.....................Oh, I have finally tried my hand in some Guitar Hero playing!!!

Vacation
Vacation: Day 2
Ok, so the weather is not cooperating so well and it feels like fall. Most of my plans were made of outside activities. I did finish my mom's flower beds and my sister helped me with the mulch and they look soooo much better and she was excited to see them when she came home.
Maybe I will get into the tie-dye t-shirts today. I bought a kit and only b/c it was on clearance and I couldn't pass it up. I would like to try the freezer stencil shirt that my cousin gave me the idea. When I have my mom here ,sometimes I need help following directions!! Can't post any pics until I get back home, but at this point with the weather there aren't very many anyway!!! THIS TOO SHALL PASS!

Vacation
Vacation: Day 1
So ,in a last minute sort of decision (which I am not known for) I decided to bring the kids back with Grandma & Pappy to Pa. on Sunday. Olivia has been wanting to come back for more than a weekend for a long time and after recital week and soccer ending, I needed some R&R also. Let me tell you how much I don't like packing small children for a week! Olivia's not bad, just needs the essentials and she can pack what she wants to bring (I still pack the clothes!!) Logan on the other hand, oh what a thinking process that is. You need almost everything, so that takes time and thought. I did it, while mom watched the kids I went into "thinking mode" and pack everything I thought we would need and there was a lot. So we made it, even packed Logan's fish aquarium off the crib thinking that would help him get to sleep, like at home.
So we were ready to start Monday, and it was a beautiful day. Olivia kept busy with Uncle Mike and playing Lego's (one of the toys we don't have at home). She got to ride her tricycle in the alley. She never wants to think she's too big for it, whatever! I love it here to ride bikes, cause there isn't any traffic in the alley. We took a walk and looked for Pappy (never did find him, but we looked for clues along the way). I cleaned out my mom's front flower beds that nobody seems to have time for. Just took some time to relax and enjoy life! Logan (knock on wood) seems to be doing fairly well at going to sleep here, so that makes life easier. The fire whistle went off last night and my kids are not used to that sound, and poor Logan cried and hung on to me for dear life (it was nice to feel a little needed again!). Something I am just used too and as a kid would sleep through. It stormed in the evening, so any outside plans got cancelled there. So far, so good!
Oh, I should mentioned, the recital went really well, both nights. Olivia did wonderful, and the time flew between dances. Our "mom dance" to Eye of the Tiger went really good, it was fun and I would do again next year. Olivia loved that her mom was on stage like her. The music didn't want to work once we got on stage, not once but twice, but thankfully Miss Jessa had another CD and the third time was a charm. It after all, was Friday the 13th. Sat. night Logan did really well through it and was loving the kids on stage and was checking all the girls out, cause he knows they all come up to him and talk to him, no girls can walk by without acknowledging him and he's gotten used to the attention!
